Mrs. Patty Schuster created a collection of exemplary pieces of writing composed by her English 7 students. After each assignment, she selected a few students whose assignments stood out among all the rest; it may have been because of the creative style, advanced use of vocabulary, incorporation of vivid description, outstanding use of sentence structure, etc. The students made any necessary revisions, and their work is displayed on the Wall of Fame inside the classroom. At the end of the year, Mrs. Schuster turned the Wall of Fame into the Book of Fame as recognition for the students' outstanding work. Students were provided with a bound copy, and electronic copies were sent home to parents.
