8th graders visit Washington, D.C.

8th-grade students had the opportunity to explore Washington, D.C. recently. On Saturday, students visited the Capitol Building, the Supreme Court, and the Library of Congress, along with tours of Vietnam, Lincoln, Korean, and WWW Memorials. On Sunday, 8th graders visited the US Marine Corps, Martin Luther King, and Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorials. Four students also had the honor of participating in the wreath ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington Cemetery. A weekend full of new experiences and memories for our middle schoolers
