Sixth Graders Became Archaeologists to Study Cave Art and Artifacts

Mrs. Green's sixth-grade Social Studies students became archaeologists as they examined cave art and artifacts for clues about life in the past.

Using their observations, students developed hypotheses about how early people may have lived, worked, and interacted with their environment. It was a hands-on way to put historical thinking and investigation skills into action!
