Mrs. Jacobs

Welcome!  I am Mrs. Jacobs, and I am the Special Education Facilitator for Knoch Middle and High School.  I also serve as the Special Education Department Chair.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Clarion University and my Special Education Supervisor Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh.
